FREE DELIVERY:
We offer free delivery for full-priced merchandise (see exclusions) totaling $100 or more delivered via UPS or FEDEX Ground within the United States.  To get the free delivery, each order must total $100 or more.  Please check the list below for exclusions.   If you would like to track your package, please send us your e-mail address and order information and we will e-mail you the tracking number.

EXPEDITED SERVICE (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, or USPS,)- additional fee per shipping box. Dolls, dollhouses, and unusual items are usually shipped separately.	$15.00
AIR PARCEL POST (Amer. Samoa, Guam, P.R., U.S. Virgin Islands) - additional fee	$10.00
All other orders including international orders	Notified by e-mail

• Oversized Items such as display boxes
• Overweight Items such as tools
• Special delivery requirements such as Next Day Air,  Two-Day Air, or Three Day Deliver.
• We cannot guarantee delivery date - Shipping company is responsible for delivery.
• Delivery outside of the continental United States.
• Insurance:
  All packages are insured against damage and breakage by the carrier.  We make sure the items we ship are in perfect condition (unless otherwise stated in the item description.)  If the package comes damaged, notify the carrier immediately and they will take care of it.  Your replacement piece will be sent to you within 10 days.
• Delivery
  Your order will be processed the following business day after receipt of your order.  Orders submitted on Monday will be processed on Tuesday
